We're looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator, ideally with experience of General Practice finances, but most importantly with enthusiasm, great team-working skills and enviable organisational talent.  This role will be for 15 - 18 hours per week and will be based at our Trellech surgery. 

Main duties include invoice management, income and expenditure reporting, petty cash reporting, supplier payments, VAT returns monthly, managing reimbursements from various organisations, payroll and pensions administration, bank statement reconciliations, supporting End of Year submissions. A monthly calendar of tasks is supplied, training will be given in specific aspects of General Practice finance, but a good knowledge of accounts software and payroll is essential.
