Raising a Concern or Comment

Complaints and Comments

Our website is still young and we may well have missed information out. If you can't find what you were looking for please do look at our Practice Patient Information Leaflet.  If you have any comments, suggestions or criticisms about the website (or any of our services) please do not hesitate to contact us at the surgery or by email: Enquiries.w93019@wales.nhs.uk (see our Disclaimer Notice

There are occasions when patients are dissatisfied with the service they have received and in these circumstances the Practice operates a formal complaints procedure in accordance with the NHS "Putting Things Right" guidance.  You can also check out our information leaflet "Practice Complaints Procedure". This offers guidance on the most effective way to raise your complaint.  You can also pick up a copy from either of our Practice receptions.  We very much hope that by following the guidance in these leaflets any concerns can be resolved at practice level to the satisfaction of all involved.

Social Media

We have only recently launched a social media presence on Facebook.  Feel free to follow us and let us know what you think and what you'd like to see more of.  Our social media Policy has been adopted from NHS Wales and can be found here

Patient Participation Group

You may also like to pass on your thoughts via the Patient Participation Group.  There are two patient representatives working on your behalf within this group.  Please see notices at either surgery for their contact names and numbers.
