Free community courses are now running again in our area.

Introduction to Living with Chronic Pain session:  Tuesday 6th June 10:30 to 13:00

6 week Living with Chronic Pain course:  Wednesdays from 14th June to 19th July, 10:00 to 12:30

The course is delivered by EPP Cymru.  Their tutors are fully trained and are living with a health condition or caring for someone with a health condition.
