SMS appointment reminders - now allow you to CANCEL

Our new medical system EMIS web allows patients to cancel appointments no longer needed, via a CANCEL option in the SMS appointment reminder (usually sent 2 working days before the booked appointment).

This feature is reducing our 'Did not attend' rates and allowing other patients to book into the released slots instead.

This is a fantastic improvement, thank you to all using it, increasing appointment availability across all clinicians.
