Busy time for Dispensary!
Ordering your repeat medication this holiday season
If you are needing to order repeat medication this December/January, we'd ask that you help out our very busy Dispensary team by following these simple steps:
- Only order medication when you need it. Our team ask for 48 hours (2 working days) to process requests for repeat items. Ordering in advance may be tempting but it does mean an increased workload for our already busy team. We only have a limited amount of space to store ordered/processed repeats and our dispensaries are already bursting at the seams.
- We are only closed for 2 days over the Christmas period. We are open until 13:00 in Trellech and 18:30 in St Briavels on Friday 23rd December, re-opening at 08:00 on Wednesday 28th December. We are closed for 1 day following New Year, re-opening at 08:00 on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
- You can request repeat items by using our 24/7 dispensary phone lines - 01594 530934 or 01600 860990. Please leave your name, DOB and the items you are requesting in the message. You can also leave a message for the team and they will call you back when they have a quieter moment - just leave your name, DOB and a contact number along with a brief message including what assistance you need.
- You can request repeat items by using My Health Online. If you don't already have an account set up it's very easy to do. You'll need to complete a form and provide some photo ID and pop these into either surgery. This website works equally well on mobiles, tablets or PCs and is very easy to get the hang of.
