My Health Online - being replaced by NHS Wales App

The new NHS WALES App is replacing MHOL, allowing the same service of prescription ordering but also access to your summary medical record

Registration for new users to MHOL is now suspended, as we are live on the NHS Wales App.

This online app is much more device-friendly, stable and slightly more functional than MHOL; in addition to ordering repeat prescriptions you can also view parts of your medical record such as immunisation history and recent consultations.

To access the App you must have a fully verified NHS Login (you may already have one for viewing your covid vaccination records), or a valid photo ID to prove who you are and be aged 16 or over. Download the App today or use the desktop web version available.

It is important that you download the WALES App, as our surgery will not be live on the English App. Find out more at:

You can also use 'Surgery App' to create an NHS Wales App account. Surgery App complements the NHS Wales App, with much more medical information, bespoke calendars and health programmes, as well as notifications and campaign information from the Practice and local cluster.
