Domestic violence or abuse can happen to anyone. 

Domestic violence or abuse includes physical, emotional and sexual abuse in couple relationships or between family members. 

Domestic violence can happen against anyone, and anybody can be an abuser. 

You don't have to wait for an emergency situation to find help.  If domestic abuse is happening to you it's important to tell someone and remember you're not alone. Below are organisations you can approach to get help.

Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (glosrasac.org) GRASAC provides free, confidential and non-judgemental support and information services to women and girls affected by any form of sexual violence at any time of in their lives.
