Practice Polices and Procedures are readily available at St Briavels and Trellech Surgery Reception desks or Dispensaries.  All Policies and Procedures are reviewed annually (or sooner, if required) according to NHS Wales, Aneurin Bevan, Information Commissioning Office and BMA guidelines, as well as Wye Valley Practice best practice reviews.
