Telephone Appointments

Pre-booked telephone appointments slots for either an AM or PM callback are available with the doctor or nurse of choice up to six weeks in advance. Appointments can be made by telephoning the surgery on 01594 530334 or 01600 860302 any time between 08.00 and 18.30, Monday to Friday. These appointments are also available to book online via My Health Online, see our Online Services pages for details. You can also make a request for a Non-Urgent telephone appointment via email to enquiries.w93019@wales.nhs.uk (see Disclaimer Notice). A member of staff will book the next available slot and email you back the details.  Please ensure you provide the best telephone number for us to contact you on on the day of the appointment (mobile or landline). 

The doctor or nurse will call you either sometime in the morning (AM appointment) or sometime on the afternoon (PM appointment). A reminder will be sent to you with an appointment time but this time represents whether the call is scheduled for AM surgery or PM surgery. It is not the time the clinician will call you. 

If the clinician is unable to contact you the first time they try, they will attempt one more time.  If they have failed to make contact on two occasions then they will not try again and you will have to re-book your appointment.
